I can not begin to thank you and C & C Financial for all your help. As you know, after the financial meltdown we lost our business, income and 18 million dollars. We were forced to file bankruptcy because Pam and I had personally guaranteed many millions of dollars. We have been discharged 1 ½ years now, but to get a mortgage from a bank is impossible unless we have been discharged 2 to 3 years. I was devastated beyond belief because Pam and I always paid our bills on time and were most generous in giving to charities. I saw your add and decided to call never believing that anyone was there to help. I understand you have the ability to beat any one when it comes to good loans regarding rates and closing cost.
